Delivered From Random Killers

Psalm 27:5 (KJV) says “…for in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion. In the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me. He shall set me up upon a rock.”

Indeed, God has done wonderful and marvellous things in my life. He delivered me from strange and evil people who were on a mission to kill me for no reason.

On Sunday, the 10th of February 2019, at about 4 pm, I decided to take a stroll in my street. I noticed these two guys on a bike and as I drew closer to them, I heard the conversation.

One of them asked the other “should we just shoot someone?” At the word ”shoot”, I quickly doubled up my pace, moving away from them.

They drove up to me and one of them jumped down from the bike, cocked his gun and pointed it at me. “Do you think I can’t shoot?”, he asked me.

Fear gripped me on the spot. “Please, don’t shoot”, was my response.

He told me it was an English gun and not a Boris. I pleaded with him not to shoot even as I trusted God to come to my rescue.

We stood looking at each other when he suddenly turned around, got back on the bike and they rode away.

People around were perplexed at the whole incidence and thanked God that I was not shot.

I know it was God that spoke up for me. Psalm 34:6 (KJV) says, “…this poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his trouble.” I am alive today, only because God kept me.

Psalm 28:7 (KJV) the Lord is my strength and my shield, my heart trusted in Him and I am helped, therefore my heart greatly rejoiced and with my song will I praise Him.

We rejoice with our brother and also look forward to hearing your testimony of divine protection.
